- Help us design the backbone of a global creative ecosystem: its people.
- You’ve scaled teams in fast-growing startups or international organizations.
- You know how to build structures for talent recruitment, culture, and retention.
- You can help us define everything from onboarding frameworks to incentive systems.
- You’ll shape the DNA of how artists, tech builders, and cultural leaders collaborate across borders.
Advisor – Founding Grants & Public Funding
- Unlock one of the art world’s largest untapped capital sources: public funding.
- You’ve secured grants for cultural, tech, or nonprofit organizations at scale.
- You know EU Creative Europe, Erasmus+, and national arts councils.
- You can help us build a playbook for recurring grants, cultural subsidies, and co-funding models.
- You’ll ensure artists and cultural projects get access to millions in available support—without relying only on private capital.
Advisor – Finance, Investor Relations & Funding
We need to make art investment-grade: transparent, scalable, and trusted.
- You’ve led finance, fundraising, or investor relations for growth-stage ventures.
- You know how to structure financial models, investor decks, and KPIs.
- You can help us connect with angels, VCs, family offices, and strategic partners.
- You’ll be central to positioning art as a serious asset class and scaling our investor ecosystem.
Advisor – Global Logistics & Customs (EU/UK/US)
Help us solve one of the biggest barriers in international commerce: shipping, VAT, and customs for cross-border art sales.
- Background in logistics, supply chain, or operations at scale.
- Experience with cross-border compliance (EU/UK/US).
- Can advise on partnerships, playbooks, and scalability.
Advisor – Payments & Trust (Fintech/Marketplace)
We need to build trust and security at the same level as global fintech platforms.
- Experience with payments, KYC/AML, fraud prevention, or escrow.
- Knowledge of EU/UK/US payment regulations.
- Can help design systems that scale securely and ethically.
Advisor – Art Law & Global Royalties
We aim to create a fair, transparent system for rights and resale royalties.
- Background as an art lawyer, IP specialist, or provenance/royalty expert.
- Can advise on contracts, standards, and compliance across EU/UK/US.
Advisor – Gamification & Rewards
We want to bring engagement and retention mechanics into the art world.
- Experience with gamification, loyalty, or product growth systems.
- Can advise on reward structures, retention loops, and community incentives.
Advisor – Brand, Growth & Partnerships
Help us position and scale a new global brand in the cultural sector.
- Background in brand strategy, growth, or partnerships.
- Experience scaling consumer or cultural platforms across EU/UK/US.
Advisor – Scale-Up & CEO Mentor
Guide us with operating systems for scaling from early stage → international.
- Experience as COO, CEO, or senior exec in a fast-scaling marketplace or consumer company.
- Can advise on org design, OKRs, and growth playbooks.
